Whenever you buy goods from Joyorlife.com, you have 60 months to request repairs or replacement if any vehicle turns out to be faulty or are not as advertised. During the warranty period if any vehicle is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace the defective part(s). If a product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, you can request a refund or price reduction.

The 60 months warranty period starts from the date your goods are delivered and you must inform the seller of any issue encountered with one of our products within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Joyorlife.com accepts returns and exchanges for products that are in new or slightly used condition, including those that have been opened or slightly utilized. This policy covers both defective and non-defective products.

Return Timeframe

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return a product. Joyorlife.com offers an extended return window during specific periods of the year, including all holidays. Specifically, for the holiday season from December 20th of each year to January 3rd of the following year, items received during this period can be returned after the holiday on January 4th, without being subject to the regular return deadline. Additionally, this delayed return policy applies to Christmas and New Year Holidays in the United States, allowing for returns within 45 days following the holiday.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a prepaid shipping label (Shipping Label) and a return label (Return Label). These labels are free of charge and can be downloaded and printed by the customer. The product should be packed in its original packaging or a packaging provided by our customer service team, with both the prepaid shipping label and return label attached. The package should then be handed over to a shipping company, such as FedEx or UPS, for return shipment. Customers must include all original items, accessories, and components in the return package.

Refund Currency

All refunds will be processed in USD, which will be automatically converted into the customer’s local currency where applicable.

No Restocking Fee and Handling Fee

Joyorlife.com does not charge any restocking fees for returns. Customers are not responsible for any additional costs associated with the return process.

Returns for Unwanted Products (Unopened)

If customers decide they do not want a product and it has not been opened, they can contact our customer service team to receive a prepaid Shipping Label and Return Label. Upon receiving the return authorization and prepaid shipping label via email, customers should print the labels, attach them to the package, and ship it to us using a carrier like FedEx or UPS. Customers must provide the return tracking information to our customer service team. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned package. The Shipping Label and Return Label are completely free of charge and provided by Joyorlife.com. Customers will receive a full refund. There are no restocking fees or handling fees.

Returns for Unwanted Products (Opened or Used)

If customers decide they do not want a product after opening or using it, they can still contact our customer service team for a prepaid Shipping Label and Return Label. If necessary, we will provide replacement packaging materials such as boxes and foam. Customers should follow the same process as for unopened returns, including printing the labels, attaching them to the package, and shipping it to us. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned package. The Shipping Label and Return Label are completely free of charge and provided by Joyorlife.com. Customers will receive a full refund. There are no restocking fees or handling fees.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, incorrect, or does not match the description provided by Joyorlife.com, customers can contact our customer service team for a prepaid Shipping Label and Return Label. Customers should follow the same return process as outlined above. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will issue a full refund. Additionally, if customers prefer an exchange, we will send the correct product at no additional cost to the customer. The Shipping Label and Return Label are completely free of charge and provided by Joyorlife.com. There are no restocking fees or handling fees.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, customers should follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the exchange and ship the correct product to the customer at no additional cost. All associated shipping fees for the exchange will be covered by Joyorlife.com. The Shipping Label and Return Label are completely free of charge and provided by Joyorlife.com. There are no restocking fees or handling fees.

Refund Your Payment

Within one business day of receiving a customer’s return request, our after-sales service department will provide the customer with all necessary documentation for the return, including a prepaid return shipping label and return authorization information. The entire process is transparent and fully traceable. Upon receipt of the customer’s returned goods, we will promptly initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued back to the original payment account used by the customer. Due to variations in bank processing times, the refund may take different durations to reach the customer’s account. Generally, the entire process from the customer’s refund request to the refund being credited to their account will take 14 calendar days.
